Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to paragraph 21(4)(b) of the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation Act, hereby fixes at one‑ninth of one per cent the percentage used for the purpose of assessing the maximum annual premium of each member institution for the premium year beginning on May 1, 2007 and ending on April 30, 2008.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 21(4) de la Loi sur la Société d’assurance-dépôts du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe à un neuvième pour cent le pourcentage servant à établir la prime annuelle maximale de chaque institution membre pour l’exercice comptable des primes commençant le 1^er mai 2007 et se terminant le 30 avril 2008.
