Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 14(1) of the Arctic Waters Pollution Prevention Act, hereby
(a) designates the persons whose names are set out in column 1 of the annexed schedule as pollution prevention officers, with the powers vested in each of them as set out in column 2; and
(b) revokes the designation as a pollution prevention officer conferred upon John Anthony Clarkson by Order in Council P.C. 1991-1275 of July 10, 1991.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu du paragraphe 14(1) de la Loi sur la prévention de la pollution des eaux arctiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :
a) désigne les personnes dont les noms figurent à la colonne 1 de l’annexe ci-après à titre de fonctionnaires chargés de la prévention de la pollution, et leur confère les pouvoirs auxquels il est fait référence à la colonne 2;
b) annule la désignation de John Anthony Clarkson, à titre de fonctionnaire chargé de la prévention de la pollution, par le décret C.P. 1991-1275 du 10 juillet 1991.
