   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 228(1) of the Federal Accountability Act, assented to on December 12, 2006, being chapter 9 of the Statutes of Canada, 2006, hereby fixes April 1, 2007 as the day on which sections 144 to 146, 165 to 171, 183 and 191 to 193 of that Act come into force.

   Sur recommandation du président du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 228(1) de la Loi fédérale sur la responsabilité, sanctionnée le 12 décembre 2006, chapitre 9 des Lois du Canada (2006), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 1^er avril 2007 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 144 à 146, 165 à 171, 183 et 191 à 193 de cette loi.
