Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 29(a) of the Assisted Human Reproduction Act, hereby fixes the remuneration of the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Directors of the Board of the Assisted Human Reproduction Agency of Canada, as set out in the schedule hereto, which remuneration consists of:

 

(a)       a per diem within the range $675 - $800 for the Chairperson;

(b)       a per diem within the range $550 - $675 for the Vice-Chairperson; and

(c)        a per diem within the range $475 - $550 for the Directors.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 29a) de la Loi sur la procréation assistée, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération du président, vice‑président et administrateurs du conseil de l’Agence canadienne de contrôle de la procréation assistée, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe.  Cette rémunération se compose :

 

(a)       d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle 675 $ - 800 $ pour le président;

(b)       d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle 550 $ - 675 $ pour le vice‑président;

(c)        d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle 475 $ - 550 $ pour les administrateurs.
