Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby confirms, pursuant to section 3 and subsection 6(2) of the Indian Lands Agreement (1986) Act, chapter 39, Statutes of Canada, 1988, the Final Agreement made by the Animbiigoo Zaagi’igan Anishinaabek, Her Majesty in right of Canada and Her Majesty in right of Ontario and dated May 30, 2005 for reference, a copy of which is attached as the annexed schedule.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil ratifie, aux termes de l’article 3 et du paragraphe 6(2) de la Loi sur l’Accord de 1986 concernant les terres indiennes, chapitre 39, Lois du Canada de 1988, l’accord définitif conclu par Animbiigoo Zaagi’igan Anishinaabek, Sa Majesté du chef du Canada et Sa Majesté du chef de l’Ontario, daté du 30 mai 2005 à des fins de référence, dont une copie est jointe à titre d’annexe.
