Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 83.32(2) of the Criminal Code, hereby makes the annexed Order Establishing the Text of a Resolution Providing for the Extension of the Application of Sections 83.28, 83.29 and 83.3 of the Criminal Code.
