Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to section 12 of the Export and Import Permits Act and section 108 of the Softwood Lumber Products Export Charge Act, 2006, hereby makes the annexed Export Permits Regulations (Softwood Lumber Products 2006).
