Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby fixes the salary of Fred Way, former Acting Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Canada-Newfoundland Offshore Petroleum Board, as  set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range

$185,300 - $217,900 for the period commencing April 1, 2005 and terminating March 31, 2006 and within the range $189,900 - $223,400        for the period commencing  April 1, 2006 and terminating

October 25, 2006.

Canada-Terre-Neuve des hydrocarbures extracôtiers, conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle

185 300 $  -  217 900 $  pour la période commençant le 1^er avril 2005 et se terminant le 31 mars 2006 et dans l'échelle 189 900 $  -  223 400 $ pour la période du 1^er avril 2006 au 25 octobre 2006.
