Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 8 of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Act, hereby appoints David Mulroney of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($170,000 - $200,000), effective February 19, 2007.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 8 de la Loi sur le ministère des Affaires étrangères et du Commerce international, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme David Mulroney, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre délégué des Affaires étrangères, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l'annexe ci‑jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (170 000 $ - 200 000 $), à compter du 19 février 2007.
