Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to sections 25 and 28 of the Canada Revenue Agency Act, hereby appoints William Baker of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Commissioner of Revenue, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his salary as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($195,500 - $230,000), effective April 2, 2007.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu des articles 25 et 28 de la Loi sur l’Agence du revenu du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme William Baker, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de commissaire du revenu, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe son traitement conformément à l'annexe ci‑jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (195 500 $ - 230 000 $), à compter du 2 avril 2007.
