Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Veterans Affairs, pursuant to sections 4 and 5 of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board Act, hereby appoints Allan Parks of Miscouche, Prince Edward Island, to be a permanent member of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective February 12, 2007.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Anciens Combattants et en vertu des articles 4 et 5 de la Loi sur le Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Allan Parks, de Miscouche (Île‑du‑Prince‑Édouard), membre titulaire du Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel) à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 12 février 2007.
