Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, after consultation with the Board of Directors of the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada and pursuant to paragraph 9(a) and section 11 of the Asia‑Pacific Foundation of Canada Act, hereby appoints Vikram Khurana of Toronto, Ontario, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Asia‑Pacific Foundation of Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
