Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby authorizes the President of the Treasury Board to enter into contribution agreements with Harbourfront Corporation (1990), in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Harbourfront Centre (1990) Contribution Program approved by Treasury Board.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le président du Conseil du Trésor à conclure des accords de contribution avec la société Harbourfront Corporation (1990), en conformité avec les modalités du Programme de contribution pour le Harbourfront Centre (1990) approuvé par le Conseil du Trésor.
