Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to subsection 26(4) of the Assisted Human Reproduction Act, hereby appoints Theresa E. Kennedy of South Surrey, British Columbia, to be a member of the board of directors of the Assisted Human Reproduction Agency of Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year. 

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Santé et en vertu du paragraphe 26(4) de la Loi sur la procréation assistée, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Theresa E. Kennedy, de South Surrey (Colombie‑Britannique), administrateur du conseil d’administration de l’Agence canadienne de contrôle de la procréation assistée, à titre amovible pour un mandat d’un an.
