Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to subsection 36(1) and section 37 of the Assisted Human Reproduction Act, hereby appoints Elinor Wilson of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President of the Assisted Human Reproduction Agency of Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 7 ($166,100 ‑ $195,400), effective February 14, 2007. 

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Santé et en vertu du paragraphe 36(1) et de l’article 37 de la Loi sur la procréation assistée, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Elinor Wilson, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président‑directeur général de l’Agence canadienne de contrôle de la procréation assistée, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci‑jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 7 (166 100 $ ‑ 195 400 $), à compter du 14 février 2007.
