Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que monsieur Robert Dufresne, de la ville de Val d’Or dans la province de Québec, un avocat, soit nommé juge puîné de la Cour supérieure pour les districts d’Abitibi, de Rouyn-Noranda et de Témiscamingue, dans la province de Québec, avec résidence à Amos ou à Rouyn ou dans le voisinage immédiat de cette ville, à compter du 23 décembre 2006.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that Robert Dufresne, Esquire, of the Town of Val d’Or in the Province of Quebec, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Puisne Judge of the Superior Court for the Districts of Abitibi, Rouyn-Noranda and Témiscamingue, in the Province of Quebec, with residence in Amos or Rouyn or in the immediate vicinity thereof, effective December 23, 2006.
