Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri‑Food, pursuant to subparagraph 32(1)(b)(ii) and subsection 47(2) of the Canadian Wheat Board Act, hereby

 

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2006-1144 of October 26, 2006; and

 

(b) approves the sums certain per tonne, basis in storage in Vancouver or Lower St. Lawrence, fixed by The Canadian Wheat Board, as set out in the annexed schedule, to be paid to producers selling and delivering to The Canadian Wheat Board barley of the grades selected and accepted as pot barley or for use in the malting or pearling process, produced in the designated area during the pool period beginning on August 1, 2006 and ending on July 31, 2007.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire et en vertu du sous-alinéa 32(1)b)(ii) et du paragraphe 47(2) de la Loi sur la Commission canadienne du blé, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

 

a) abroge le décret C.P. 2006‑1144 du 26 octobre 2006;

 

b) approuve les sommes par tonne, base en magasin à Vancouver ou dans le Bas‑Saint-Laurent, fixées par la Commission canadienne du blé et figurant à l'annexe ci-jointe, à payer aux producteurs vendant et livrant à la Commission canadienne du blé, de l’orge des grades choisis et acceptés comme malt d’orge ou pour la production de l’orge mondé ou perlé produite dans la région désignée pendant la période de mise en commun commençant le 1^er août 2006 et se terminant le 31 juillet 2007.
