Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities pursuant to section 4.9 of the Aeronautics Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Canadian Aviation Regulations (Parts I and IV).
