Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby fixes the salary and other employment conditions of Allan F. Amey, Special Advisor to the Deputy Minister of the Environment to be styled as President designate of the Canada Emission Reduction Incentives Agency, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($170,000 - $200,000), effective April 1, 2006.

Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe le traitement et autres conditions d’emploi de Allan F. Amey, conseiller spécial auprès du sous-ministre de l’Environnement, qui portera le titre de président désigné de l’Agence canadienne pour l’incitation à la réduction des émissions, conformément à l'annexe ci‑jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (170 000 $ - 200 000 $), à compter du 1^er avril 2006.
