Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to sections 3 and 4 of the Telefilm Canada Act, hereby appoints Elise Orenstein of Toronto, Ontario, to be a member of Telefilm Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, effective December 19, 2006.
