Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the members of the Blue Water Bridge Authority, pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints Charles Chrapko of Sarnia, Ontario, to be President and Chief Executive Officer of the Blue Water Bridge Authority to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Dan M. Elash, and fixes his remuneration at the rate set out in the attached schedule, which salary is within the range GRP 1 ($109,800 - $129,200), effective November 27, 2006. 

                        Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, après consultation avec les membres de l’Administration du pont Blue Water, et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Charles Chrapko, de Sarnia (Ontario), président et premier dirigeant de l'Administration du pont Blue Water, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Dan M. Elash, et fixe sa rémunération au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GRP 1 (109 800 $ - 129 200 $), à compter du 27 novembre 2006.
