                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to section 153 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby:

          (a)      amend Order in Council P.C. 2000-603 of May 2, 2000, by replacing the words “for a term of five years” with the words “for a term ending May 17, 2006”; and

          (b)      designate Shirley R. Wales of Richmond Hill, Ontario, a full-time member of the Immigration Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office) to be an Assistant Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office).

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu de l’article 153 de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

          a)       modifie le décret C.P. 2000-603 du 2 mai 2000, en remplaçant les mots « pour un mandat de cinq ans » par les mots « pour un mandat se terminant le 17 mai 2006 »;

          b)       désigne Shirley R. Wales de Richmond Hill (Ontario), membre à temps plein de la Section d’appel de l’immigration de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), comme vice-président adjoint de la Section d’appel de l’immigration de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto).
