Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints John Ronald Rayment Williamson of Sunderland, Ontario,  to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Ontario Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Oshawa, for a term of three years.
