The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that the Honourable Richard J. Chartier, a Provincial Court Judge in the Province of Manitoba, be appointed a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for Manitoba, and a Judge ex officio of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen's Bench for Manitoba.
