Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que monsieur François Tôth, de la ville de Sherbrooke dans la province de Québec, un avocat, soit nommé juge puîné de la Cour supérieure pour les districts de Mégantic et Saint-François dans la province de Québec, avec résidence dans la ville de Sherbrooke ou dans le voisinage immédiat de cette ville.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that François Tôth, Esquire, of the City of Sherbrooke in the Province of Quebec, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Puisne Judge of the Superior Court for the Districts of Mégantic and Saint-François in the Province of Quebec, with residence in the City of Sherbrooke or in the immediate vicinity thereof.
