Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2001‑14, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2005-2009 of November 15, 2005, by replacing the words “for a term of one year,” with the words “for a term ending March 31, 2007 or until such time as a new Public Service Integrity Officer is appointed.”

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n^o 2001‑14 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2005-2009 du 15 novembre 2005 en remplaçant les mots « pour une période d’un an » par les mots « pour un mandat se terminant le 31 mars 2007 ou jusq’à ce qu’un nouveau agent de l’intégrité de la fonction publique soit nommé ».
