                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l'honorable J. Ernest Drapeau, juge de la Cour d'appel du Nouveau-Brunswick, soit nommé juge en chef du Nouveau-Brunswick.

                     The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advise that the Honourable J. Ernest Drapeau, a Judge of The Court of Appeal of New Brunswick, be appointed Chief Justice of New Brunswick.
