Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Wayne Wheeler of Port au Port East, Newfoundland and Labrador, as a director of Marine Atlantic Inc. to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, in the place of Robert Hicks.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Wayne Wheeler, de Port au Port est (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), administrateur de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., à titre amovible, pour un mandat de deux ans, en remplacement de Robert Hicks.
