Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Dianne Kelderman of Truro, Nova Scotia, as a director of Marine Atlantic Inc. to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Vincent J. MacLean. 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Dianne Kelderman, de Truro (Nouvelle‑Écosse), administrateur de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Vincent J. MacLean.
