The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that Francis J.C. Newbould, Esquire, of the City of Toronto in the Province of Ontario, one of Her Majesty's Counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que monsieur Francis J.C. Newbould, de la ville de Toronto dans la province de l’Ontario, l’un des conseillers juridiques de Sa Majesté, soit nommé juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, et juge d’office de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario.
