Michael Ryer, de la ville de Calgary dans la province de l’Alberta, un avocat, juge de la Cour d'appel fédérale, et membre de droit de la Cour fédérale.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that letters patent under the Great Seal of Canada be issued appointing C. Michael Ryer, Esquire, of the City of Calgary, in the Province of Alberta, Barrister-at-law, a Judge of the Federal Court of Appeal, and a member ex officio of the Federal Court.
