Her Excellency the Governor General in

Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, and taking into consideration letters from the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food to Ross L. Keith dated October 4, 2006, from Ross L. Keith dated October 12, 2006, and from Ken Ritter, Chairman of The Canadian Wheat Board, dated October 12, 2006, pursuant to section 3.02 of The Canadian Wheat Board Act, hereby terminates the appointment of Ross L. Keith as a director of the Board of Directors of The Canadian Wheat Board, made by Order in Council P.C. 2004-1517 of December 9, 2004.

C.P. 2004-1517 du 9 décembre 2004, de Ross L. Keith, administrateur du Conseil d`administration de la Commission canadienne du blé.
