Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 58.16 of the National Energy Board Act, hereby approves the issuance of Certificate EC-III-26 by the National Energy Board to Sea Breeze Victoria Converter Corporation, a copy of which is attached to this Order.
