Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, hereby authorizes that the Minister of Finance and the Minister of National Revenue, on behalf of the Government of Canada, enter into a memorandum of agreement with the Government of Ontario concerning a single administration of Ontario Corporate Tax, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft memorandum of agreement.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise la conclusion par le ministre des Finances et la ministre du Revenu national, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, d’un protocole d’accord avec le gouvernement de l’Ontario sur l’administration unique de l’impôt ontarien sur les sociétés, lequel est conforme en substance au projet de protocole ci‑joint.
