Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Vote No. 1 (Foreign Affairs and International Trade) of Appropriation Act No. 1, 2006‑2007, hereby

 

(a) appoints Daniel Sullivan as Consul General of Canada at New York, United States of America; and

 

(b) fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($151,800 ‑ $178,700);

 

effective November 6, 2006.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu du crédit n^o 1 (Affaires étrangères et Commerce international) de la Loi de crédits n^o 1 pour 2006‑2007, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

 

a) nomme Daniel Sullivan en qualité de consul général du Canada à New York (États‑Unis d’Amérique);

 

b) fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci‑jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (151 800 $ ‑ 178 700 $);

 

à compter du 6 novembre 2006.
