Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 45.1 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2005-1655 of September 26, 2005, by replacing the schedule to that Order with the annexed schedule.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 45.1 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil remplace l’annexe du décret C.P. 2005-1655 du 26 septembre 2005 par l’annexe ci-jointe.
SCHEDULE
The aggregate outstanding principal amount (which includes a notional principal amount) of contracts or agreements of a financial nature that are entered into pursuant to this Order in Council shall not exceed $20,000,000,000.

L’encours total du principal (qui comprend un montant nominal de référence) des contrats ou accords de nature financière conclus en vertu du présent décret ne peut dépasser 20 000 000 000 $.
