MINUTE OF THE PRIVY COUNCIL

 

                        The Committee of the Privy Council hereby transmits to Your Excellency the factual inquiry report of the Commission of Inquiry into the Actions of Canadian Officials in Relation to Maher Arar, which Commission was established pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2004‑48 of February 5, 2004.
