Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que monsieur Edward C. Chiasson, de la ville de Vancouver dans la province de la Colombie‑Britannique, l'un des conseillers juridiques de Sa Majesté, soit nommé juge d'appel à la Cour d'appel de la Colombie‑Britannique;

 

Le Comité du Conseil privé recommande en outre que ledit Edward C. Chiasson soit nommé juge d'appel à la Cour d'appel du Yukon pendant la durée de ses fonctions à titre de juge d'appel de la Cour d'appel de la Colombie-Britannique.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that Edward C. Chiasson, Esquire, of the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, one of Her Majesty's Counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia;

 

The Committee further advise that the said Edward C. Chiasson be appointed a Judge of the Court of Appeal of Yukon during his tenure of office as a Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia.
