Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 130(d) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Sheila-Marie Cook of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Secretary to the Governor General, to hold office during pleasure, for a term of one year, and fixes her salary at the rate set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($131,200 - $154,400), effective September 18, 2006.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 130d) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Sheila‑Marie Cook, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de secrétaire du gouverneur général, à titre amovible, pour un mandat d’un an, et fixe son traitement conformément à l’annexe ci‑jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (131 200 $ - 154 400 $), à compter du 18 septembre 2006.
