Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the First Nations Goods and Services Tax Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Finance, on behalf of the Government of Canada, enter into an administration agreement, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement, with the Council of the Tsawout First Nation, which is the governing body of that First Nation.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 5(2) de la Loi sur la taxe sur les produits et services des premières nations, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre des Finances, pour le compte du gouvernement du Canada, d’un accord d’application avec le corps dirigeant de la première nation Tsawout, connu sous le nom de Council of the Tsawout First Nation, lequel accord est conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci‑joint.
