Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2006‑20, hereby appoints Louis Ranger, Deputy Minister of Transport, to be concurrently Deputy Head of the Office of Infrastructure of Canada, to be styled Deputy Head of Infrastructure and Communities, to hold office during pleasure, effective September 5, 2006.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n^o 2006‑20 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Louis Ranger, sous‑ministre des Transports, concurremment au poste d’administrateur général du Bureau de l’infrastructure du Canada, devant porter le titre d’administrateur général de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités, à titre amovible, à compter du 5 septembre 2006.
