Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2006‑16, hereby appoints John Knubley of Halifax, Nova Scotia, to the position of Associate Deputy Minister of Natural Resources, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($170,000 ‑ $200,000), effective September 5, 2006.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n^o 2006‑16 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme John Knubley, d’Halifax (Nouvelle-Écosse), au poste de sous‑ministre délégué des Ressources naturelles, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et d’autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci‑jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (170 000 $ ‑ 200 000 $), à compter du 5 septembre 2006.
