Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Privy Council Vote No. 1 of Appropriation Act No. 2, 1981‑82, hereby appoints Michelle Chartrand of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Senior Advisor to the Privy Council Office, to hold office during pleasure, for a term of two years, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($195,500 ‑ $230,000), effective September 5, 2006.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du crédit n^o 1 du Conseil privé, de la Loi n^o 2 de 1981‑82 portant affectation de crédits, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Michelle Chartrand, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de conseiller supérieur auprès du Bureau du Conseil privé, à titre amovible, pour une période de deux ans, et fixe son traitement et d’autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci‑jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (195 500 $ ‑ 230 000 $), à compter du 5 septembre 2006.
