Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 8 of the Canadian Space Agency Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Industry, on behalf of Her Majesty in right of Canada, enter into an agreement with the Government of the Province of Alberta concerning the Canadian Space Agency Telelearning Program Impact Evaluation Project and the Pre-Service Videoconferencing Series, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’article 8 de la Loi sur l’Agence spatiale canadienne, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée que le ministre de l’Industrie conclue, au nom de Sa Majesté du chef du Canada, avec le gouvernement de la province de l’Alberta, un accord concernant le projet d’évaluation de l’impact du programme de télé‑apprentissage de l’Agence spatiale canadienne et le programme d’enseignement de la technologie des vidéoconférences aux étudiants en éducation, lequel accord est conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint.
