Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 3 of the National Capital Act, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 1999‑1542 of August 26, 1999, by replacing the words “for a term of seven years” with the words “for a term ending December 31, 2006".

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 1999‑1542 du 26 août 1999 en remplaçant les mots « pour une période de sept ans » par les mots « pour une période se terminant le 31 décembre 2006 ».
