Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the National Energy Board Act, hereby appoints  Strater Crowfoot of Dewinton, Alberta, to be a temporary member of the National Energy Board for a term ending December 12, 2006.
