Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 28 of the Bank of Canada Act, hereby appoints the firm of accountants Price Waterhouse Coopers of Ottawa, Ontario, to audit the affairs and to perform the annual audits of the Bank of Canada for the five fiscal years (2006 ‑ 2010) inclusive.

          Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l'article 28 de la Loi sur la Banque du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme le cabinet de comptables Price Waterhouse Coopers, d'Ottawa (Ontario), vérificateur de la Banque du Canada et pour faire la vérification annuelle de ses comptes pour la période couvrant les cinq exercices financiers (2006 ‑ 2010) inclusivement.
