                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Dorothy Mary Modritsch of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Ontario Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Sault Ste. Marie, for a term of three years.
