Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to sections 91 and 93 of the Patent Act, hereby

 

(a)       appoints Mary Catherine Lindberg of Niagara Falls, Ontario, to be a member of the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board to hold office during good behaviour for a period of five years; and

 

(b)       designates Mary Catherine Lindberg to be Vice‑chairperson of the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Santé et en vertu des articles 91 et 93 de la Loi sur les brevets, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil 

 

a)         nomme Mary Catherine Lindberg, de Niagara Falls (Ontario), conseiller du Conseil d’examen du prix des médicaments brevetés à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;

 

b)         désigne Mary Catherine Lindberg à titre de vice‑président du Conseil d’examen du prix des médicaments brevetés.
