Whereas, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2006‑201 of April 6, 2006, the Governor in Council approved the corporate plan of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited for the planning period beginning on April 1, 2006 and ending on March 31, 2011;

 

And whereas The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited has made an amendment to its corporate plan and has submitted the amendment to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities for approval by the Governor in Council;

 

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsections 122(1) and (6) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the amendment to the corporate plan of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited for the planning period beginning on April 1, 2006 and ending on March 31, 2011.

Attendu que, par le décret C.P. 2006‑201 du 6 avril 2006, le gouverneur en conseil a approuvé le plan d’entreprise de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée pour la période de planification commençant le 1^er avril 2006 et se terminant le 31 mars 2011;

 

Attendu que La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée a modifié son plan d’entreprise et a soumis cette modification au ministre des Transports, de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités pour qu’il en recommande l’approbation au gouverneur en conseil,

 

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu des paragraphes 122(1) et (6) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la modification du plan d’entreprise de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée pour la période de planification commençant le 1^er avril 2006 et se terminant le 31 mars 2011.
